Your happiness is important to us, due to the nature of our products, SIDS prevention monitors are non-returnable after they are opened. If a product remains unopened, it may be returned for a full refund less a 25% restocking fee within 30 days of item being received.
If you would like to return a product, please email Webmaster@ProtectedBaby.com to confirm as to whether the product can be returned.
When returning a product, you must contact ProtectedBaby within 30 days of receiving your product. You are responsible for returning the item to the address designated by ProtectedBaby. A full refund less a 25% restocking fee (fee due to our manufacturer’s requirements)will be credited towards customers for unopened, undamaged merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If receiving a refund, please allow 6-8 weeks (two billing cycles) for the credit to process to your account.
Products must be unopened in its original packaging in order to be accepted for a return. We will process your return immediately upon receipt.
Please understand a lot of work goes into the return process, and the service fee allows us to keep our retail costs low, and our quality of service levels high.
