Returns/Damaged Merchandise

I aim for 100% product perfection. However, if problems do occur, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

* Workmanship and quality are guaranteed.
* Replacements are based on availability. An exact color/print match replacement or exchange cannot be guaranteed.
* All snaps have a life-time month guarantee from date of purchase by the customer. After 90 days it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping on their item. Hook and Loop & elastic have a 6 month guarantee. Washing in high heat and drying in high heat will quickly ruin these. After the 6 month period we will gladly send to your customer replacement pieces so they may make any necessary repairs. Sewing defects have a 3 month guarantee. All guarantees are for the original owner only. We will repair any defective item that falls under our guarantee. A proof of purchase is required to be included with the item to be repaired. Holes from excessive washing are not a defect.

They MUST include a note with their name, address, email, proof of purchase, and reason for return. I must be notified PRIOR to their shipping that they are sending it.
* If items are returned with no information we will hold them for 30 days. After 30 days they will be considered abandoned.
* We do not accept exchanges or returns on unsold merchandise. This includes but is not limited to: returned drop ship items, I offer drop shipping to help the retailer; the purchase is still considered to be your purchase. If the customer changes their mind, the product needs to be returned to you; dislikes in print or color once product is received, I try to take the best, most accurate pictures. Due to lighting and differences in computers the actual color may vary from what you see on-screen, this is not a valid reason for return. If there are questions regarding our return policy please feel free to ask. We do not make any exceptions to our return policy. Making an exception for 1 will require an exception for all.
